Are you struggling with your mental health?

Time Out Scotland is a self-help peer support group which meets every week. We are not a counselling or formal therapy service - we are simply a safe and confidential space for people to talk through the difficulties they are experiencing with others who can empathise and relate. The group is kept running by a few long term attendees who also require the support of peers.

It can feel overwhelming to come along for the first time but everyone else there will have been through the first time nerves so you will be treated with respect and sensitivity.

Please check below for more information on our meetings and be sure to read our FAQs before attending so you know what to expect.

Our meetings

We meet on a Wednesday every week. Previously our meetings were all held in person however, due the pandemic, we currently alternate between in person and online. These can occasionally change at short notice so please be sure to check our website on the day you are attending for any changes to the schedule.
