Do you suffer from a mental health condition?

Time Out Scotland can help you. We are a self-help peer support group which meets every week. There are no mental health professionals on board, the group is run entirely by volunteers who have first-hand experience of mental health conditions themselves. We are simply a safe and confidential space for people to come and share their story.

Our group is fully open and inclusive to all who feel they would benefit from talking through the difficulties they are experiencing with others who can empathise and relate. We fully understand that it can be overwhelming coming along for the first time. But please be reassured that everyone else there has had to go through that ‘first night’ experience. You will be welcomed and treated with respect and sensitivity.

For more detailed information please see our FAQs and our how we can help section.

Our meetings are held every Wednesday from 7.30pm to 9pm in a private area on the ground floor of the GCVS Albany Centre, 44 Ashley Street, Glasgow, G3 6DS.

There is no need to book, we just ask that you arrive on time for a 7.30pm start. If you need to, you can bring someone with you for support.
