Are you struggling with your mental health?
Time Out Scotland is a self-help peer support group which meets every week. It is not a counselling or formal therapy service - it is simply a safe and confidential space for people to talk through the difficulties they are experiencing with others who can empathise and relate. The group is kept running by a few long term attendees who also require the support of peers.
It can feel overwhelming to come along for the first time but everyone else there will have been through the first time nerves so you will be treated with respect and sensitivity.
Please check below for more information on our meetings and be sure to read About us before attending so you know what to expect.
We meet in person on the first Wednesday of every month at Lifelink HQ, Suite 4, Melisa House, 3 Brand Place, Glasgow, G51 1DR from 7pm to 8.45pm. There is no online meeting on the first Wednesday of the month.
The remaining Wednesday's of the month we meet online via Zoom from 7pm to 9pm. Please see Contact us for how to request the zoom link.
Please arrive on time to both types of meeting to minimise disruption and be sure to read About us before attending so you know what to expect.
