Action on Depression is the only national charity working for people with depression in Scotland. It provides information, support and understanding, has a network of self help groups, an information service and a wide range of leaflets and factsheets.

Breathing Space is a free and confidential phoneline service for any individual who is experiencing low mood or depression, or who is unusually worried and in need of someone to talk to.
GCVS is the main development agency and advocate for voluntary and community organisations in Glasgow. It has provided much support to Time Out Scotland, and we use their premises at the Albany Centre for our weekly meetings.
Glasgow SPCMH are the Community Health Team for South Glasgow. They offer a wide range of services to people with common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. They have a ‘horses for courses’ approach. You choose the approach best for you.
